They curtsey before "speaking", and will often strike ballet positions before or while doing so.

You can stop them in their tracks if you yell a ballet position with enough authority. They’ll automatically freeze to assume said position.
Ballora addresses them as “girls” and there’s a sense that they are her students in some way.
